Magna College of Engineering is an affiliated college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and it was established in 1999 in Kancheepuram. Established on a campus size 75 acres, the institute is delivering technical education for the past twenty two years. Magna College of Engineering is a reputed engineering college and has 50 faculty members who are well trained to serve the needy. The institute commitments to provide quality education is evident in the range of courses offered where they offer 9 programmes two degree levels to meet growing needs of the engineering industries.

This library also operates as information centre and has a collection of approximately thirty thousand books in field of engineering, management, science and humanities. Amenities for sports and games are provided for the students because the college organisation believes that for students to be fit both in spirit and mind then they must be healthy and this they do by engaging in sports exercises. It offers the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and lastly Computer Science and Engineering.
