An affiliated college of the university, Mahadev Institute of Technology, was established in 2004 and is situated in Ramnagar, Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh. Sprawled over 5.228 acres, the institute has the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education. Mahadev Institute of Technology is just a co-education program, providing an enrolment of 216 students with a faculty strength of 15, in line with a focused learning environment for students.

Departmental laboratories are established across the campus for specialisation and hands-on learning experience. Admission process at Mahadev Institute of Technology, Baghpat is purely based on Merit, based on the marks gained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admissions to the B.Ed. course are made on the basis of merit determined by the marks in the qualifying examination or through an entrance examination conducted in accordance with the policy of the state government and the affiliated university. 

Admission to the course of D.El.Ed is made on a merit basis applied course, according to marks released from the qualifying examination or an entrance examination, abiding by the norms of the State Government and the University. The selection procedure of the institute is very elaborate in order to ensure that only the deserving students are given the opportunity to pursue their academic goal in the discipline of teaching.
