Mahalwar Institute of Pharmacy Aligarh was started in 2015 is a pharmacy college affiliated to Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University in Uttar Pradesh India. The institute which is located in a 2 acre campus is recognized by AICTE New Delhi and PCI. As a specialized institute carrying out education in the field of pharmaceuticals, the institute presently has only one course enrolled with 110 students in total. All in all, the composition of faculty still remains 7 and we also have an excellent number of students in a classroom which provide good strength for teachers. The physical facilities of the institute are well equipped and human resource has also focused on updating the curriculum to meet the industry needs. The institute has many amenities and equipments with the aim of improving the learning process of the students.

Mahalwar Institute of Pharmacy currently offers two full-time course: Diploma in Pharmacy is known as D.Pharma which is provides for the candidates whose have passed Graduate profession from a recognised university and Bachelor of Pharmacy known as B.Pharma. This course takes a duration of three years and the institute has an intake capacity of 120 students provided that the programme targets on specific pharmaceutical education. The D.Pharma course is planned to give wider knowledge about the pharmaceutical sciences so that one can able to work in the several field of the pharmacy profession. Even though the institute delivers only one course it is extensive and lays down a programme which ensures the graduates are ready for their professional life in the pharmaceutical sector.
