Maharaja Aggarsain College of Education presently Bathinda was established in the year 2006 is one of the leading institutions in the field of education in Punjab. This co-educational college of the state university emphasis on teacher education programmes. Approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the institute offers two full-time courses: B.Ed and MA Education. Situating a total intakes of 194 students and having a faculty strength of 10 it offers a niche environment for budding educators. The campus located in Badal Road, Jai Singh Wala, Bathinda was established to provide a centre for learning and development in the area.
