Maharaja Aggarsain College of Education, Pundri: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Maharaja Aggarsain College of Education, Pundri, was started in 2007 and is a constituent college at Kaithal in Haryana. The institute was approved by NCTE and provided co-education. The campus of the college spreads on 4.432 acres, with a total student population of 194 as of now, while the faculty strength is 9. The institute focuses on education related to teacher training. 

These facilities include several to assist in the delivery of its educational mandate. A well-established library functions as a knowledge hub, both online and offline: books, journals, CDs, audiovisual aids, and so on. Several specialized laboratories have been provided on campus, which include a Social Studies Lab, Language Lab, Psychology Lab, Fine Arts Lab, and an Educational Technology Laboratory. These labs are well-equipped with modern instruments and materials to provide practical learning experiences. In addition to physical activities, the college promotes the students' involvement in many sports such as cricket, football, badminton, etc., through annual sports events for a healthy lifestyle among the students.

Presently, Maharaja Aggarsain College of Education, Pundri offers only one full-time course : the two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program with an approved intake of 100 students per year. The B.Ed. course is aimed to pursue a career in teaching with pedagogical skills and knowledge. Since the college runs only one specialized program concentrated efforts are made towards delivering quality teacher education.

Merit for admission to Maharaja Aggarsain College of Education is determined, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college has a very fair management policy, and all admissions will be made as per the admission policy set by the State Government of Haryana and the affiliated university.
