36 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time program in Law offered by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate who has taken the bachelor's or the master's degree in any discipline Arts / Science / Commerce / Medicine / Management / Engineering / Nursing / Agriculture/degree of Shastri / Acharya or the degree of Ayurvedacharya / Ayurveda Brihaspati of MLSU or any other University recognized by U.G.C. and has secured a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate in the scheme of 10+1+3 up to 1989 and 10+2+3 after 1989, shall be eligible for admission to the three-year LL.B. degree course.
- Provide that a candidate holding a master's degree in any of the aforesaid disciplines shall also be eligible for admission to the three-year LL.B. degree course If he secured a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate.
Admission Details
Admission is granted by the admission committee. If a student is employed, he/she shall enclose a Permission Letter from the employer.
