Maharani Punam Sahi B Ed College, Hathwa: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Established in the year 2012, Maharani Punam Sahi B.Ed. College, Hathwa, is located in Gopalganj, Bihar. This co-educational college is affiliated and has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education; all its facilities contribute to the development of teacher education. The campus, occupying just an area of 1 acre, currently has enrolment of 67 students and 9 faculty members. 

The classroom facilities at the school are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with modern teaching aids. The knowledge needs of the students are fulfilled by a well-stocked library. Giving importance to physical fitness, the Maharani Punam Sahi B.Ed. College, Hathwa has provided its students with a Gym and three big playgrounds offering track events, Cricket, Football, etc. It provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls needing accommodation.

The College will, at the moment, offer only one course, viz., the B.Ed. course. It will be a regular, full-time course with a duration of one academic year and an intake of 50 students in total, conforming to the quality desire of the institute for teacher education. The course being for a regular B.Ed. shall provide strong inputs towards development in the needed competencies of skills, knowledge, and practice for aspiring teachers to excel in any field in education.

The Maharani Punam Sahi B.Ed. College, Hathwa has a policy of admission based on performance in the respective entrance test. However, the college provides admission based on entrance examinations.
