Mahatma Gandhi College of Education, Jaipur came into its existence in the year 2005, which is playing an important role to building up the future education sector. Jiani Co-Education College is situated in RIICO Institutional Area Sitapura Jaipur and occupies a compact area of 1 acres. The college affiliated with this organisation also boasts of its recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education ( ICTE), which guarantees high standards of teacher education. Currently, the total number of students enroled in this college is 187 and academic staff by 16, that allows to provide only two professional educational programs oriented to specific spheres, thus creating a small-scale but close-knit study process. 

The college has various interrelated amenities that can improve the learning process of its learners. A fully stocked knowledge centre and cyber library is an intellectual nucleus that accommodates books, journals, and other educational media & NCTE publications & Sources’ internet data and databases. The ICT resource center is a special facility which will help the students to gain experience in mastering the modern teaching equipment and develop their language abilities. Sports lovers get a large play area as well as fixtures for various games such as badminton, table tennis, football, cricket, basketball and volleyball are available. The college also makes provision for the overall development of an individual and this is through yoga. Other remarkable infrastructures are the canteen, health and an acceptable first aid section, Auditorium for meetings and seminars and the like. The campus is Wi Fi enabled and therefore students and faculty enjoy uninterrupted internet connection for academic purposes.

The Mahatma Gandhi College of Education provides two complete courses to its students for teaching profession. Now, in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course, there are 100 seats and 50 students can take admission in Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Both programmes take two years to complete and give detailed learning about educational theory and practice.
