Hi,
In Narayanamaa
Considering the placements and study environment, both colleges are equally good.
Also consider the distance to commute. This does make a huge difference especially if the college is aloof and thrown away from the city like Vasavi.
If you want to avail the hostel facility GNITS is a good option since Vasavi doesn't have one. But you can always chose to stay in a dorm nearby, however I don't think it is a good idea since Vasavi is in an area that is more of a jungle.
Apart from all this, GNITS is an all girls’ college. So if you're someone who had been studying in coeducation institutions ever since you were a child, it might be difficult to adjust.
When I say I am from an All girls' college people look at me like I am from another planet.

Hey there
Points of comparison between these two colleges are given below:
Narayanamma
MGIT :

Hello,
Last year a candidate with rank 7763 belonging to BC-D category secured admission to COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING in MAHATMA GANDHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY . Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING in MAHATMA GANDHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. But you have chances to get seat in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND BUSINESS SYSTEM in MGIT. The previous year cut off was 12791 for BC-D category. So you may consider this branch while filling the online choice filling form if you are interested.
Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Mgit was established in 1997 by the Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society (CBES) at Gandipet, Hyderabad with an affiliation to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The campus of MGIT is spread over 30 acres with a constructed area of 2,50,787 sq ft. The college offers 8 undergraduate programmes in B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering) and 4 postgraduate programmes in M.Tech.
Hello Sir,
I hope you're doing well as for your query,
- If you haven't responded to the colleges for the seat allotted, then the seat remains vacant you can go for second round.
- However if you took the admission to the college its pretty hard may be you can leave the with facing some penalties, but you will not be able to participate in the the next round.
I hope it helps
Have a nice day.
If one need to compare between two colleges then the factors of consideration are as followed:
Now if we consider GNIT and MGIT then both the colleges are enrolled to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad as a result the curriculum followed by both of them are the same.
Now if we consider the other factors then GNIT is a better college to go for ECE. The placement rate are far better compared to that of MGIT. The infrastructure is far better to that of MGIT. As a result you should go for GNIT.

Hi,
In my opinion you should go for GRRR's IT.
GRRR college is far better than MGIT college as the standards of the college in providing education and improving knowledge is good than of MGIT, the placements also higher and packages also good than mgit.
Both are not much different from each other in terms of education, facilities, infrastructure, campus but a huge difference between placements.
There are certain private players that come out with ranking schemes and based on some of those, the order for these colleges would be -
GRRR (IT) >> MGIT (CSE)
Now its on you and your interest, if you give more preference to CSE than go for MGIT otherwise, GRRR will be there for you.
Hope this helps
All the best.
Hello Aspirant..
For the CSE Stream, MVSR is better than MGIT because it offers better placements; in MGIT, the number of students placed is below 50%; in MVSR, the number is higher, and the highest package is 15Lpa.
MVSR's faculty is also excellent, and its faculty is well-versed.

All the best.
This college offers superb infrastructure with modern buildings and advanced amenities. The classrooms are equipped with the latest tech, and the library provides extensive resources. The sports facilities are top class offering various options for physical activities
Wi-Fi is provided in library and the department has two well equipped labs. The hostel is 2 km away from the college, and the food is not that good. The sports room is available after 3 p.m. every day and has indoor games, The college has a medical room with beds and emergency medicine.
College is covered in 258 acers. It is a very peaceful campus. All the infrastructure is there. When I was studying there is no wifi facility. Now it is provided. Cleanliness is maintained in the campus.
