JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by NTA. While MSIT doesn't conduct its entrance test; they use the scores JEE Main Paper 1 to decide admissions. This system is completely fair and opens the gates for all applicants in different parts of the country. It is beneficial if one keeps track the dates of JEE Main, because it is generally held two times a year. For post-graduate courses such as MBA or
MCA, the admission procedures could vary, so checking on the institute's website will provide with the updated information. Merit-based admissions really make a difference between MSIT and others, and one can say that meritocracy seems to be deeply engraved in them.
