The Mahila Arts and Commerce College, Jetpur was established in the year 2003. This is a constituent college affiliated to the Gujarat University that lies in the city of Rajkot, in Gujarat. It has a total enrolment of 1,781 students with the campus area spread over 10 acres. The institution imparts quality education to its students through eight degree programs under the guidance of a dedicated faculty comprising 54 members. This is an NCTE-accredited college in the arts, commerce, and education streams that gives a well-rounded platform for the growth of academic and professional achievements.

As a whole, the college takes pride in its gamut of facilities to enhance the student experience. A well-equipped girls' hostel with good residential facilities offers adequate indoor and outdoor sports amenities and laundry facilities. The campus houses state-of-the-art modern libraries as well as department-based laboratories and IT infrastructure. Besides these, facilities include the college auditorium available for extra-curricular activities and programs within the college. 

Health and healthcare form an integral part of campus life. Mahila Arts, Commerce and College, Jetpur has 8 full-time courses, spanning a wide array of streams. It comprises undergraduate courses such as B.Ed, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BA. At the postgraduate level, PGDCA is included. It has 50 seats each in B.Ed as well as in D.El.Ed., which clearly defines its interest in developing teachers.

Admission to Mahila Arts, Commerce and College, Jetpur will be based on different modes for different courses. B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses only through merit, taking into account the marks scored in the entrance/qualifying examination. The college administration follows the relevant policies formulated by the state government, UT administration or affiliated university.
