Mahila Mahavidyalya, Aurangabad is a women’s college, set up in the year 2006 and this college trains teachers efficiently. It is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to have quality standard for its education. The college occupies only 0.98842 acres of land spread over a small area and has a current student population of 205 all female, as a women’s college. The college consists of 16 member faculty, which puts it in a position of a healthy student-to-faculty ratio desirable for the students. 

Mahila Mahavidyalya has put in place a number of infrastructural amenities that aims at improving tuition for the students. The B.Ed programme has an approved intake capacity as 100, while the D.El.Ed programme has approved intake capacity same as fifty. Both courses take two years yielding a sound knowledge of teaching practices and theories in education. The college offers these two specialised programmes means that a lot of emphasis is placed on developing qualified educators. Offering an estimated number of 150 seats between the two courses, the institution has a vital role in transforming the future of learning in thefacilities.

A student’s admission to Mahila B.Ed. College depends on her performance in the qualifying examinations as well as entrance examinations.
