Mahila B.Ed. College, Aurangabad or Mahila Mahavidyalya, Aurangabad is a Women’s College, set up in the year 2006. Originally established in the year 1958 at Silar, Aurangabad, Bihar, this college trains teachers efficiently. It is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to have quality standard for its education. The college occupies only 0.98842 acres of land spread over a small area and has a current student population of 205 all female, as a women’s college. The college consists of 16 member faculty, which puts it in a position of a very healthy student-to-faculty ratio desirable for the students.
The college has put in place a number of infrastructural amenities that aims at improving tuition for the students. The library is one of the main academic facilities that accumulate 4,000 books and have 80 magazines.
