Malla Reddy engineering college is a private autonomous university.

It has 12 courses across 2 streams

60% students are placed in different companies like TCS , and Infosys .

The highest package offered was 6 lakh . Top roles offered in CSE were developer and BPO

Has a great infrastructure but doesn't have a WiFi facilities. Teaching faculty is also good but it doesn't offer internships.

Malla Reddy engineering college for women is also a private college.

It is affiliated to jawaharlal Nehru technical university .The college offers two streams namely management and engineering.

Nearly 70% students get internships and jobs within the campus placement.

The facilities are good and College does have a WiFi facilities.

Among the two colleges MREC is better because of the placement and faculty.

• NAAC score CGPA of Malla Reddy Engineering College, Secunderabad is 3.2 while the score of Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology, Keesara is 3.36.
• B.Tech Electronics and Communication course fee at MREC is INR 4.12 Lakhs and course fee at Geetanjali is INR 4.13 Lakhs.
• B.Tech average package at MREC is INR 4.15 Lakhs, while for Geetanjali it is INR 3 Lakhs.
• Facilities are less at Geetanjali like they don't have gym, girls and boys hostel that MREC has.
• Cutoff for of B.Tech ECE course at MREC is AIR 56610 in TS EAMCET while for Geetanjali is AIR 17139 through TS EAMCET.

So, both are good but I would recommend you to go with MREC as it has good facities, package and less cutoff.

The hostel fee structure of MREC campus for girls is Rs. 40,000 per year. Due to the global pandemic situation the hostel fee may differ. There are different factor that effect the hostel fee structure like the electricity bill, water bill, hostel maintenances  fee, etc.

But MRCET has been proved privileged over MRCE.

It has more companies for placement.

Aeronautical engineering is also part in their stream.

And even it's infrastructure is more better than mrec.

And MRCET had now become Autonomous which adds up more goodness.

Still you can find more difference in both were you can find one as good one as less.

Kokkura Sravani , If you want to take admission in mention colleges than from some research on internet I found that MREC main campus is better in terms of placement and in terms of infrastructure both are best.

I prefer mrec as it has good infrastructure good labs and placements than any other mentioned colleges And cutoff of this college for cse is 12k and geethanjili is 15k

I suggest you to choose between either mrec or Bvrit narsapur because both have good placement record specially in CSE/IT compared to geethanjali.

As malla reddy is accrediated by NAAC  A and a good college in terms of faculty and placements.
