Candidate has passed graduation in any Faculty having obtained 50% marks 

Candidates belonging to the following categories shall be allowed a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate percentage:

a) schedule caste and scheduled Tribes.

b) Physically Handicapped, Provided that they produce a medical certificate showing at least 40% physical disability.
