Affiliated college Manasa College of Education, Kothakota was established in the year 2003 is located in Mahabubnagar district of Telangana state. This is a teacher education institution, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college is located on a 5 acre acre compound, thus providing the best environment for those preparing to be teachers. Evidently, Manasa College of Education admits two hundred students in total and has a team of eight faculty members. The college currently has only one programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in its learning portfolio to enhance credible players for the education sector.

Manasa College of Education has a number of learning amenities that are intended to facilitate learning in the institution. This is part of academic facilities and show that library is computerised and surrounded with e-library amenities. Admissions to Manasa College of Education is strictly on merit system – based on the admission policies of the state government, Union Territory administration, and the university to which the college is affiliated.
