Presently, MRIAS is offering only one main course in the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. The BAMS course in MRIAS would provide an integrated understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices, thus preparing the students for bright careers in Ayurvedic medicine.

Admission to MRIAS is mainly based on NEET, a lump-sum leading competitive examination across India for medical aspirants. Students have to clear NEET with required cutoff marks to be eligible for admission to the BAMS course.
