MBCN Kothamangalam admitted 818 first year students of nursing and has a faculty of 27 to ensure an appropriate climate for nursing students. It offers different types of denominations of nursing with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to suit any is the field of nursing.

MBCN Kothamangalam also pays importance to technological transformation having principle concentrating on IT division, to provide students up-to-date facility for learning. The total number of students admitted for all courses offered in the institutions is Seventy one, the B. Sc. Nursing has the highest enrolment of Sixty students. This shows the college aim of training a large number of quality nurses at the bachelor level while also preparing nurses for masters’ studies in various aspects of nursing.
