Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj's Commerce, Management and Computer Science, Nashik, (MVPS CMCS) was established in 2006. This institute is located on a plot of 2.0683 acres and provides various courses in Commerce, Management and Computer science etc. In terms of accreditation, MVPS CMCS is NAAC accredited, which puts and end to the debate about the quality of the institution. It has a student intake capacity of 1052 and faculties of 14 what make it unique and with a focused teaching methodology. The college delivers 5 courses under 4 degree programmes that focus on areas of commerce, business administration and computer science. 

A number of facilities are provided at MVPS CMCS to add on the student experience. This college has facilities such as an auditorium for events and seminars for college activities and cultural events. Office laboratory facilities are especially valuable for computer science students as they create a chance for practical experience. It had very good IT infrastructure to make certain the students are always exposed to modern technological tools.

All programmes operate on a merit base whereby credit goes to all deserving students and candidates to enable them enrol for their programmes of their choice.
