The Institute of Environment and Design College of Architecture, Pune also known as Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s involves relatively young institution in contrast to presented above, which started its work only in 2017. This affiliated college is also in Lohegaon, Pune and has quickly risen to become an important college in the education of architects. Acknowledged by the Council of Architecture and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), MMIED COA provides a single, specific course in architecture. The institute boasts of 78 students in total and has a faculty strength of 18 which makes personalised learning quite easy in the field of architecture.

Marathwada Mitra Mandal's Institute of Environment and Design College of Architecture currently offers two full-time course: The change can be seen in the Bachelor of Architecture programme usually abbreviated as B.Arch and Diploma in Interior Design. This five-year degree programme has an approved capacity of enrolment of eighty students per year. The syllabus of the B.Arch course has been structured to bring about an all round session; that includes an understanding of architectural concepts, methods of design and environmental factors. Although the institute is concerned with this particular degree programme, it assures that students are given the adequate knowledge and skill needed for them to land good jobs in architecture.

It is criteria used to select students in the MMIED COA that determines the ability of the candidates in architecture. It is not clear what kind of exams, but generally, architecture programmes do take into account either national or state level entrance exam besides the candidate’s performance. Since it is a relatively young institute, MMIED COA is yet to establish its recognition in the line of architecture education and scholarship information and famous alumni are yet to be listed; however, the college is seen dedicated to offering quality architectures and environmental designs.
