Marudhara B.Ed. College Balotra (Rajasthan) has been set up in the year of 2006 located at Balotra . This college for women only which has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education provides a niche area for the training of teachers. The college occupies a limited area of 5 acres and as of now the college has 199 students enroled and they are managed by 15 faculties. With focus on developing the future teachers, Marudhara B.Ed. College offers only one programme , the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Marudhara B.Ed. College provides various facilities that are aimed at improving achievement of students in their studies. Contained in a well furnished library are books, including over 5872 selected best-selling text, reference, research journals, new and old magazines among others. This large collection is essential for both students and teachers and contributes to the college’s important activities. The institution also has subject based laboratories; an important feature as students are able to practice a lot especially in science subjects. To cope with the present day requirements of education , infrastructural facility of Marudhara B.ED College involves computers with sufficient numbers of computers and computerised multimedia facility and high speed printing.

At present Marudhara B.Ed. College is providing one full time course that is the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) Course. This two-year programme has an approved intake of 100 students which basically is a quality education in a specific area of specialisation. The B.Ed course is one of the course developed to prepare students for employment in teaching and Education Department where students are trained with some teaching skills and knowledge to suit the current Education system.
