Mascot College established in 2009 is affiliated college located at Bareilly in the State of Uttar Pradesh of INDIA. This co-educational institution is located at Pilibhit Road, 6 KM far from Bareilly city and cover an area of 2.44 acres. The college provides a pallet of 9 varied courses in 7 degrees for students to choose according to their academic preferences. Student enrolment capacity of the college is 324 and the immaculate faculty of 36 thereby providing a befitting academic ambience at Mascot College of Education. The institution has been approved by National Council for Teacher Education and this is in line with its quality policy in the training of teachers. 

The college has numerous facilities that are relatively new and serve to enrich the learning process of the learners. At the core of these comforts there is a library which has undergone the process of its computerization – at the moment some book stock, periodicals and magazines are catalogued and will soon be available for the laptop owning students online. It also has well-endowed laboratories, ample and bright classrooms and a canteen. Moreover, all the college transport facilities are required to arrange transport facilities for the students living in the city/nearest areas for easy access. 

Mastot College of Education provides almost every kind of courses, full time undergraduate course in commerce, arts, science and education etc. The course offered by the college include B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BA, B.Sc in Home Science, Zoology and Botany; Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; BBA, B.Ed and D.El.Ed. The D.El.Ed program in particular has an approved intake capacity of fifty students. Though, it is not clearly shown the total graduates, the college enrollment of 324 students in all the courses displays a lively learning institution. 

The entry requirements at Mascot college of Education also differ from the course that a candidate wants to pursue. For general undergraduate program like B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.A, B.Sc, B.B.A admission through interview & students’ capability for admissions at 10+2 level. The B.Ed program, however, has an alternate procedure, which includes the JEE B.Ed State Level Counselling for admission. Concerning the D.El.Ed program, admission is based a State Level Merit List does exist. On the exams, no definite dates are given, however, there is a general instruction regarding the admission process and dates of the exams on the college website. 

The college is evidently committed to the cause of increasing access to college education but unfortunately there is no information as provided on scholarships. Mascot College of Education, Bareilly is one of the oldest educational institution which is imparting teacher training education and professional education for future educators in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
