The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Consultancy is being provided by trained medical personnel. First aid facilities during working hours are provided and an emergency is dealt with with utmost care and efficiency. The trust has a developed Mata Gujri Hospital on the college premises itself.

The College has a rich library comprising thousands of books on various subjects, i.e. Commerce, Management, Computer, Biotechnology, Chemistry, pharmaceuticals, Zoology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. The reference section is associated with a well-lit, well-aerated reading room, where students can read an encyclopedia, dictionaries, Hindi and English Newspapers, and Periodicals.

The college has sports facilities for all students. For the physical development of students, all sports facilities are available to students with complete infrastructure. Students can participate in games according to their interests. We have playgrounds for Cricket, Kabbadi, volleyball, Basketball, and Kho-Kho. It also has an indoor hall for table tennis and other indoor games.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college provides transport to the students in its catchment area at nominal charges. The 21-bus fleet covers almost the entire city. The use of the bus is optional.
