dear aspirant,
Once you have floated your choice, they will be in float mode till the last round until you chose to freeze them in between.Suppose you have floated your choice in round 1 and you got your desired choice in round 4 and you want to freeze that seat, then only you have to report to RC and follow the procedure to freeze it otherwise they will be in float mode till the last round.
hope it helped.
dear aspirant,
Yes, you surely can. After any round, you get a three-day period to report at a reporting centre to choose your option for next rounds. First, go to JoSAA’s official website, click on the ‘Document Formats’ in the list on the left side of the screen. And find the format for ‘Change of option for further rounds’.If you wish to continue with the option ( float/slide) provided by you in the first round, you are not required to report and you will continue with the same option for subsequent rounds.
hope it helped.
Hi
Firstly, do not worry the entire fees will be refunded except the Rs.1000 which is the processing fee.
Please visit any of the reporting centres to withdraw the seat and complete the final formalities. Without visiting the reporting centres, you cannot complete the seat withdrawal procedure. Further, on doing the same, you will be permanently expelled from the process.
Also, the fees that you have already paid will be directly refunded to you after the completion of the JoSAA 2019 Counselling. For this, you have to fill a form in which you'll mention your bank account number and a cancelled cheque of the same. This has to presented at the reporting centre.
For more information, do visit the JoSAA 2019 Official Site.
Best of Luck.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
