make sure along with the duly filled certificate you also carry your PwD certificate issued by the state govt/ward of your home state.

Certain colleges require a minimum 12th board percentage to make you eligible for admission. They normally ask for, 

Minimum 75 percentage of marks in 12th boards ( which is 60% for SC/ST/OBCs) or the candidate should be in top 20 percentile of their board. 

So if your name is not in the released list of top 20 percentile students then things may be tough for you  

Dear Aspirant,

Your rank in JEE Advanced is great, but still if you are Male then you are not eligible to get any branch in Indian Institute of Technology,  Jammu in any of the round

But if you have gender quota( female) then you can get admission in first round for these following branches 

• Chemical Engineering
  
• Civil Engineering 

While till 7th round i.e. the last round of counseling you can get an extra branch i.e. Mechanical Engineering

As you will be knowing that percentile indicates how many students have been outperformed by you in exam. 

The Top 20 percentile means that you are ahead of 80% of the people who have given the exam.

NOTE:

Percentile = no. of student have marks lesser than you / total no. of students appeared in the exam X 100

Your percentile should be >= 80 or you should have have your board percentage greater than or equal to 75%.

Your SC prep rank is provided because IIT board thinks you have shown potential in Advance and you can improve and be eligible for the IIT by next year. Thus, I can confirm that you are only eligible for the preparatory course and no regular courses are applicable for you. JoSAA might be giving you choices to fill but they will NOT be allotted to you as you are not part of the common rank list as such for the admission. You can hope there is a vacant seat in any sc course so that you can get a seat in a preparatory course as they are always subject to availability. All the best for your future.

Hello there. If you want to change your seat then you have to choose the option of float by which you can keep the current seat and can look for other college in upcoming rounds.

Well, during my time of regesrteration, they were not open during Sundays.

As most of the people verifying you are the college professors of that college, so availability of them during Sundays is not possible and hence registeration cannot be conducted
