Matoshri Gangamma Veerappa Chiniwar Arts, Commerce and Science College, Muddebihal (MGVCACSC) is a self financing college established in the year 1968. Situated in Muddebihal, Karnataka, it is affiliated with the Rani Channamma University Belagavi. It is an NAAC accredited college and is recognised for offering Arts, Commerce, and Science stream for the undergraduates. There is a 17.4 acre campus that has a total enrolment of 1,367 students, males form 57% of the students while female students form 43% of the total students. The college has 43 faculty members and offers three courses in different areas of specialisation.

In need-based arrangements, MGVCACSC has many facilities that help students to enhance their academic and personal achievements. The college has a library that stocks 34,823 books worth Rs. 22.547 lakhs along with 10,799 I-Phase funded books worth Rs. 11.52241 lakhs. Students can use the IT facility, sports hall and sports equipment. The college also boasts of a girls’ hostel, a medical department, and assorted clubs for social activities.

MGVCACSC offers three full-time undergraduate courses, BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. Each programme offered is a three-year duration with a normal, full time study pattern. The student intake across all course offers 1367 students. It is mainly an education college with visions offering Arts, Commerce and Science education to prepare students for various careers in the society.

The entry requirements at MGVCACSC mostly require the candidates to present their previous academic performance. Any student who wishes to join the facility is supposed to sit for an admission and the process is always open for students who have qualified to join the college.
