Matoshri Subhadrabai Patil Arts Science and Late Pandurangji Thakare Commerce College, Manora, established in the year 1986, is a major educational centre in the city of Washim in the state of Maharashtra. This affiliated college has been accredited by NAAC and conducts 18 different courses under 7 degrees. It sprawls over an area of 3 acres. In total, 894 students are enrolled with almost equal distribution of males and females, that is, 412 female and 277 male students. The faculty of 28 rigorous and disciplined members provides quality education under the departments of arts, science, and commerce.

B.Sc programmes offered in the following streams of Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. For commerce-oriented students, the college provides a degree known as B.Com. For postgraduate students, the choices include M.Sc in streams like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Mathematics; M.Com, and M.A in English. The college also offers a PhD degree in Chemistry for those with research inclinations.

It has the diversified and merit-based admission process. In undergraduate courses, the candidates who are successful in Higher Secondary or Intermediate (10+2) are eligible to apply in this college. One such course offered here is B.Sc Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry and requires the applicants to complete 10+2 with a science stream or an equivalent examination. The college has taken the performance of qualifying examinations as a primary eligibility criterion for admission. For postgraduate and doctoral programmes, the eligibility criteria usually include a bachelor's degree in a pertinent field of study with minimum marks required.
