MATS School of Business Studies was established at Raipur in 2008 as a co-ed institution. The location of the institution is Aarang, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The institution has three undergraduate degree courses in commerce and finance, with a sanctioned enrolment capacity of 340 students. The faculty strength of the institute is 7, which facilitates the learning environment for focused studies in business-related streams at the higher level. 

MATS School of Business Studies is part of the larger MATS University ecosystem and contributes to the educational scenario of Chhattisgarh. Facilities available at this institute are multi-dimensional, hence promoting a good student experience and supporting the academic pursuits therein. MATS School of Business Studies offers five full-time courses—B.Com. Honours with 240 seats, B.Com. Logistics with 60 seats, and M.Com. Finance with 40 seats. It has an intake of 340 students through all its programmes. They will cater to students who have interests in different segments of commerce and finance with specialised knowledge given to students in their chosen fields.
