Yes you can apply for MAMC Agroha in Haryana during AIQ counseling after the NEET results are declared.

Authorities will conduct two rounds of AIQ online counseling i.e. Round 1 and Round 2. All candidates who have qualified for All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank obtained in NEET UG result 2021, except the Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. AIQ includes -

With general category you cannot score a seat in MAMC with your score. Also other colleges (Government) will not be available.

However you can try your luck in private colleges or abroad. A better option is to take a drop and prepare again. Work hard and your score with improve a lot.

Yes you need to have Delhi domicile, which is basically documents proving you have completed your 11th and 12th from a school situated in Delhi. Otherwise you will have to apply via the All India Quota.

The same applies for all the other medical colleges in Delhi as well.
