Maya Institute of Education and Training Hathras was set up in the year 2012 offering Co-educational facility in Uttar Pradesh, India. This affiliated college recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education-NCTE, and is having a special focus in teacher education programs. Situated at Mendu Road Sokhna, Hathras-204101, the institute offers two full-time courses: , Bachelors in Education (B. Ed.), and Diploma for Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.). This management institute offers two main programmes in the field of education through Maya Institute of Education and Training. B.Ed program is a two-year full-time program having an approved intake capacity of one hundred (100) students. The second is to introduce the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), a two-years full time program for which the college can admit up to fifty students. All the courses in both programmes are aimed at preparing student with knowledge and skills needed for teaching profession. By focusing on these two specific programs, the institute is able to put far more of the effort into developing quality educators. 

Admission to Maya Institute of Education and Training is made according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State Government, U.T. Administration and the University to which the Institute is affiliated. Admission exclusively on merit basis for the B.Ed program depending on mark obtained in the qualifying examinations also known as entrance examination.
