Mayadevi Institute of Advanced Education is an affiliated college in Dewas, established in the year 2008. Being approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), this institute offers only teacher education programmes. The institute is located in a 2 acre area and has facilities for three full time courses with out total student strength of 192. At present, faculty strength is 23 highly qualified faculties paving the way for an ideal student-teacher ratio. Mayadevi Institute is dedicated to education especially teaching profession in the hope of getting quality educators for the future society.

Mayadevi Institute of Advanced Education has developed and avails of a range of facilities that can facilitate the learning process of learners. The institution boasts of a collection of well over 9,500 books and currently subscribes to 27 journals and magazines. The campus also provides well-equipped practical teaching laboratories, an auditorium to accommodate events, seminars and meetings, and a student and staff cafeteria. Concerning amenities, there is a first aid that makes sure that all individuals’ health needs are met, and a gym for people’s fitness. Immersed in conditions of elaborate security and provender services, a on-campus female students’ hostel with a 36 beds’ accommodation capacity is also available. Indeed, to support new technological advancements in learning, the institute has also uphold good IT facilities.

Mayadevi Institute of Advanced Education has three full time courses related to educational field only. The common ones are Bachelor of Education, D.El.Ed, and  B.Sc B.Ed. 

Students admitted to Mayadevi Institute of Advanced Education are admitted strictly based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. According to the guidelines from the state government of Madhya Pradesh and the affiliated university, the institute has its admission policies.
