Mazidia Academy, Hooghly: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Located in Hooghly, West Bengal, Mazidia Academy is a pretty young educational institution. The college was founded in the year 2017 in co-educational mode and is approved by NCTE. On a small campus of 1.54 acres, Mazidia Academy runs two specialized courses in education with a total student enrolment of 200, having a faculty strength of 30 dedicated teachers, thereby ensuring congenial student-to-teacher ratio and personalized attention and quality instruction.

 Its infrastructure comprises manifold facilities to develop the learning skills and overall personality of its students. The campus has a well-stocked library, providing students with adequate educational resources and a proper environment for study and research. Departmental laboratories are provided within the institute so that students can get practical experience in their field of study. Other facilities include an emphasis on physical well-being through sports facilities, which make sure that students keep a balance between academics and physical activities in a healthy manner. The campus also has an auditorium that plays host to several events, seminars, and cultural programs in order to help develop dynamic college life. It is committed to modern education, and for this purpose, it has a very good IT infrastructure under whose guidance the students are updated about the latest technologies. The institute also has a health center with first-aid facilities to help any emergency medical requirement, plus a guest house or waiting room for visiting faculty and family members of students.

Presently, Mazidia Academy offers two full-time courses in the field of education- Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. These programs turn young aspirants of education into successful professionals as teachers, making them able and confident professionals ready to shoulder any responsibility entrusted to them in this field.

Admission to Mazidia Academy shall be strictly on merit based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and / or Entrance Examination. Admissions in the B.Ed program are done as per the State Government and Union Territory Administration as well as the affiliating University's policies. In the D.El.Ed course, admissions shall be done in accordance with the policy laid down by the State Government.
