TheMerchant Homeopathic Medical College, Mehsana was founded in the year 2017 as a nascent institution of learning in homeopathy in this state of Gujarat, India. Situated on Mehsana-Visnagar Highway at Basna, this affiliated college has been recognized by CCH. This campus covers approximately 1.49 acres, which is a small area for an ideal institute. The college has a total enrolment of 290 students, but the faculty strength is only 30, thus maintaining a very positive student-teacher ratio, which ensures personal attention and quality education.

The college has an array of facilities to provide better learning opportunities for its pupils. Central among these is a well-stacked library with over 2,000 books—some of them very rare and exclusively on homeopathy—subscription to national and international journals. Modernity in institution is reflected in the IT infrastructure of the institution. The working of each department is equipped with computers provided with printing facilities connected through a LAN network. Broadband internet facility is availed to students in the computer lab to help in research-oriented and online learning processes. The college also maintains properly equipped laboratories with the latest equipment that are fundamentally necessary for practical training in Homeopathy. The campus also provides a full-rounded environment for student development. Outdoor sports facilities for cricket, football, and volleyball are available, and inside the campus, provisions are made for indoor games such as chess, table tennis, and carrom. An auditorium has been provided with events and seminars; there is also a cafeteria catering to the daily needs of the students and staff. It has also provided a separate hostel for boys and girls so as to make the on-campus stay comfortable for students coming from other towns. There is also a health center with first-aid facilities on campus to take care of the students' health. The institution also provides transport facilities in order to make commuting easier for day scholars.

It has only one course available, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), a six years full-time course, which again turns to be a commitment of the college towards development in the field of homeopathic education.
