MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Ratnagiri which is known as MESAM Ratnagiri was established in the year 2010 and is a private ayurvedic college under the Maharashtra Education Society. MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Ratnagiri College has been approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. MESAM Ratnagiri College is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. 

MESAM Ratnagiri offers courses in the disciplines of Medicine and Allied Sciences at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The courses offered by MESAM Ratnagiri include the BAMS, MS and MD programmes. For admissions to MESAM Ratanagiri, the institute accepts the NEET entrance test and AIA PGET entrance exam. The candidates should meet the NEET cutoffs as specified by MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Ratnagiri. After the cut offs are declared, the candidates should appear for Maharashtra NEET counselling and the AIA PGET counselling round.  MESAM Ratnagiri infrastructure consists of its academic blocks, administrative buildings, library, hostel accommodation for boys and girls , auditoriums, sports, laboratories and more available at MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Ratnagiri campus.
