MGM School of Physiotherapy was established in the year of 2008, which is situated at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and it is a constituent college to MGM University offering best physiotherapy degree programmes. Established in Sector 1 Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, the institute has various programs of physiotherapy including BPT, MPT and PhD. The school has a campus area of 0.

5 acres with a student strength of 429 and a faculty strength of nineteen members. The institute currently offers 15 courses at three degrees of study with focuses on different sub-specialties of physiotherapy including: musculoskeletal, neurology, sports, and cardiopulmonary. 

The institute has lavished with various state of the art amenities that aid the learning processes of the students. An ultra-modern Simulation Laboratory enhances the learning opportunity of both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. The magnificent library which is well stocked with books and research journals and publications provides for the teaching learning and research needs of the institute. Sports freaks have an opportunity to use the modern international standard sports ground that also provides physical fitness and personality traits. The institute has also developed shared hostels for undergraduates and postgraduates, Twin sharing basis for both boys and girls with attached bath. 

The faculty of MGM School of Physiotherapy offers courses that range at Bachelor’s and Master’s level, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) with its specializations and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in various fields of physiotherapy. The BPT program has an approved intake capacity of 100 and normally each of the specialization offered in MPT offers three seats. The fields of specialization include education, computing, engineering, business, media, creative arts, humanities and social Sciences and education Full-time courses are offered at the institute to guarantee concentration and also intensification is conducted. The total strength in all the course is 429 the institute manages to maintain good student faculty ratio and also ensure quality output.

Due to this, the admission process of MGM School of Physiotherapy is keen on admitting the most qualified candidates to its programs. The CET is conducted by MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai and candidates seeking admission must qualify this exam only. This examination is used to select students for admission into the undergraduate and post graduate programs. The recognition of academic achievement is well manifested in the admission policy where the institute covers a rigorous selection process that only admission of qualified students into the institute’s programs.
