Infrastructure is very good. They have everything which is needed by any medical college. They have all instruments. They have auditorium and a very large exam hall. Air conditioner in every classroom.
Academic is very good. They have the great teachers. Teachers are everytime available for students to help them. Principal is very friendly and help students always. The curriculum is updated always .
Quality placement is not required as here we can be placed on our own we can be self dependent. They give the best adviser to be the best in post student life. We can do our job in our own hospital h.
All laboratories, staffs , students' section, library, lecture theatre carrying at satisfactory level In hostel , wifi , washroom, rooms are more or less satisfactory Library premises also have wifi facilities for everyone regarding study purpose
All professor put on hard work for us Regular basic internal tests Assessing the results Viva voce exams Publication of results occasionally are also reviewd Regular classes are taken as a phenomenon
After mbbs we can get housestaff job at our own college Or in other institutions, hospitals Then we get an opportunity for combined medical services jobs or appear for neet pg or next exam conducted by central government
Obviously We need just an negotiable ammount Only and only twelve ( 12 ) rupees per month for hostel charges College fees only and only 750 rupees per month At the time of admission We gave 4500 rupees for 6 months Then 2000 rupees for registration fees So , isn't not valie for money
Students Staffs Student section Air conditioner facilites Light fan , bench Table Seats Water aqua guard Washroom facilities Are satisfactory upto a mark Parking zone is large Lift service and guard service are also So much satisfying
We are satisfied for being a part of the college
College infrastructure is good. It's far better than most of the government medical colleges in India. All the equipments are in good condition except for a few(which are not so very important though). The Lecture theatres are big with an accomodation of about 200 students. There's an auditorium( not so big ) The labs are well equipped. The hostels are good and new hostels are being made. The living spaces are good and the food is average ( it's actually good with respect to the price)
I'm studying MBBS ( currently in 2nd year ) because I'm fond of Medicine. The faculties are very very good and they teach you with so practical and yet simple examples. They make things easier for you to grasp. The curriculum is up to date.
There's nothing as such called placements in medical field. A lot of great doctors are being produced by our college. This profession is not so very much about the money or the salary you get, but it's about the time and soul you put towards treating the people. Salary is just a part of it. It varies with respect to branches but generally ranges in lacs.
It's super valuable. With only an annual fee of about Rs 9000, the quality of teaching you get, it's amazing.
The campus is average ( still better than few others ). It's not like the campuses of AIIMS but it's not very bad too. The college and the hospital is very near and it makes easier for us to go to the hospital from college during college hours. Lively environment prevails.
Hello,
As per last years cutoff, your rank is quite higher for getting a seat in Midnapore Medical College and Malda Medical College. Cutoff is also expected to rise this year, so there are less chances. You can get some colleges using state quota:
You can use college predictor tool to know about all possibilities using AIQ.
You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 479
OBC-A: 478
OBC-B:474
SC: 349
ST: 183
Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You should score more than 75-90 marks more than that has been mentioned against your Category. For any guidance during counselling and admission, you can use our MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion
