The College has a Doctor's Clinic within the Campus to take care of the student's immediate medical assistance. However, for other cases, the Group has a tie-up with hospitals in Ghaziabad. A vehicle with a driver is also available 24/7 on the Campus to take care of commuting needs for this purpose.

The College has a well-stocked and fully automated Library with over 2500+ titles, 12000+ books, 80 video/audio cassettes and CDs, 200 Project Reports, Encyclopedia as well as Industry and company information sources. The library subscribes to around 45 reputed International and National Journals besides several Magazines and Newspapers. It provides access to reading the material, information trends, and a vast collection of books & journals. The library has separate sections on IT and Management-related books, a section on Journals & Magazines, and a Reference section. The Reading Hall in the Library has a seating capacity of over 100. The automation of the library enabled tracking the availability of any book easily and also helped in accessing journals and books available electronically.

College Sports is not a word at MIPS Ghaziabad. State-of-the-art Sports Facilities provide the students with ample opportunity to relieve stress. MIPS has tie-facility for both indoor and outdoor games such as Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, etc.
