You are asking about cutoffs for CSE but you have not mentioned any exam.please tell us for which exam or college you are asking cutoff as cutoffs for every exam for CSE goes different.Engineering exam for CSE are MHT-CET,JEE Mains,JEE Advance,Comedk, Manipal, Pessat , BITSAT,WBJEE and many other state level or national level entrance exams.

Yes, the students who have passed their diploma can opt for engineering studies in college of engineering,  Pune. The admission is done through lateral entry for admission in the second year UG course for BE/B.Tech programme. For post graduate diploma,  candidates need to clear the interview rounds held for the eligibility for admission process.
