Hi Samruddhi,
First of all I would like to tell you since from this year all entrance exam results are declared in percentile, and all the previous years cutoff are either based on the rank or marks, so It is a little bit difficult to surely say that MIT will entertain students of your percentile. That's why I am providing you with this link which will help you to understand the cutoff ranks and whether you belong to the range of not. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff. Please check the link and see all the counseling procedure of mhcet.
Hope this helps you. All the best.
