MKLM'S Adhia College of Law, Mumbai: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

MKLM’S Adhia College of Law Mumbai is not so old as compared to other institutions in field of legal education it is established in 2021. This college is in Maharashtra especially in the big city of Mumbai and has been on the rise in providing legal education. It is recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI) which means that the programs offered undergo the higher education quality norms of the country. Admission is still fairly recent therefore irreversible rating information is not available; nevertheless, the college has started being ranked for the quality of the legal education that it offers. 

The college has provided number of amenities to enhance the learning and development of the students. Of these, the prominence goes to the sports facilities which offer the students the chance to represent themselves both physically and in team-building. College library is another valuable resource since it is the centre for learning resources and reference. These facilities capture the institutions goals of offering an all rounded education experience beyond the blackboard session. 

MKLM'S Adhia College of Law currently offers two full-time law programs: This comprises of the traditional three year LLB and the five year integrated BA LLB. Both programs have a capacity to admit 30 students only and therefore, a total of 60 new intakes per year. This limited intake helps ensure a low student:faculty ratio and therefore presents the prospect of a more personalized interactive session. As for the number of graduates, it is still unknown as the college has been opened recently, but in the following years the institution is planning to produce the first group of law graduates.

MH CET Law is the major admission process for entry into MKLM’S Adhia College of Law. This examination however is very well known and acknowledged in all law colleges across the state in order to select the most qualified candidates competitively. The candidates who are aspiring to take admission in any law college of Maharashtra through the MHCET Law will need to pay attention to the exam dates. As much as there is no clear information concerning scholarship programs that are specific to this college, students are free to apply for government or private scholarships for their law education. The alumni base for the young institution that is MKLM’S Adhia College of Law is not large enough. However, the college is located in Mumbai, which is a city that boast of a vibrant legal market hence students may easily get connections with lawyers and firms. The college has aimed at imparting quality legal education and due to its suitable location it can become an emerging player in the field of legal studies in Maharastra.
