MLT College, Saharsa, is one of the leading institutes in the city of Saharsa within the state of Bihar, India; it was established in 1952. It is a co-educational constituent college and approved by NCTE, New Delhi, which made sure that this institution fulfills all the criteria necessary for bringing quality education into teaching fields. It covers a land of 9 acres and has 4,734 students and faculty strength of 60 members.

The college provides an excellent learning atmosphere and has tremendous facilities on campus to ensure as much comfort as possible for the students' college life. There are boys' and girls' hostels which accommodate students who come from distant places. The library is not only a treasure in its stock of thousands of books on all subjects but also acoustically designed with a quiet study room for quiet study and contemplation. MLT College, Saharsa is running three majors courses- B.Ed, B.Sc Biotechnology Hons, and BCA. B.Ed is a full-time two-year course with intake of 100 approved seats. 

The admissions in B.Sc. and Biotechnology Hons are 30. The college provided entry into the above courses as on marks secured in qualifying examination and/or entrance examination or through any other selection process as per the state government, U.T. Administration, and the University policy.
