Modern College Kohima started in 1997 at Kohima, which is the capital of Nagaland and is a noteworthy educational college. Currently, Modern College, Kohima is offering 8 courses under three degree programmes – all of which are full-time. Undoubtedly, the college mainly offers undergraduate programs in arts and humanities. Some of the courses include BA (Bachelor of Arts) English, History, Political Science, Education, Economics, and Sociology Honors. Also, the college has an intake of B.Voc programme in Retail Management and Information Technology to those students who seek vocational education.
