Affiliated college Modern College of Education Bhikhi Mansa was started in the year of 2008. This women only institution is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE) so as to provide quality in teaching stream. Located on a small plot of 1 acres, the college provides a highly specific environment for education students. The number of students is 90 and faculty staff is 6 so student teacher ratio provides good strength to a student and faculty.

A combination of the following facilities exists in the college in order to improve the learning environment of the students. The guest equipped library has the capacity to contain 3500 books three four-five references books have capacity to contain one hundred students at a time. To enhance technology in learning and teaching, the Education Technology Lab has computers connected to the internet, and projectors of various sorts to befit modern classroom teaching. In order to develop the students in every aspect, the college includes sports facilities as well as a seminar hall for the congregation of up to 100 people. The institution also boasts of a girls’ hostel, that few host out of town students and an environment is always warm and accommodating.

Modern College of Education, Bhikhi, currently offers one full-time course: the Bachelor of Education programme (B.Ed). This is a two years degree course with an intake capacity of 100 students, which fulfills the large number of people who want to become teachers annually. 

Modern College of Education, Bhikhi follows the norms of NCTE and the admission is earned on merit basis. In the case of B.Ed programme, only those candidates can apply who have done their post graduation.
