MCI Modern College of Education Malerkotla, established in the year 2006, is one of the affiliated college in Sangrur District of Punjab. Located on a 5 acre lush campus the institute is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Admission to college level’s Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme is of 100 students in total. Modern College of Education is aimed at preparing educators and has 13 members of staff, while it has 76 students right now.

The B.Ed course offered by the college with a total seat capacity of 100 is the flagship course of the college.
