Modern Education Society Teachers Training College offers two full-time courses: The requirement is Bachelors of Education (B.Ed), and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). 

The admission process for both B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses at Modern Education Society Teachers Training College is done by Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) of Government Dungar College, Bikaner Rajasthan.
