Modern Education Society Teachers Training College offers two full-time courses: The requirement is Bachelors of Education (B.Ed), and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The B.Ed programme has an approved intake capacity of one hundred seats and in D.El.Ed programme-fifty students. These two courses take two years to complete and offer professional training to intending teachers. Concentrating on these two primary courses enables the college to give adequate attention to training teachers, as an expectation of producing befitting graduates in the education sector.

The admission process for both B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses at Modern Education Society Teachers Training College is done by Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) of Government Dungar College, Bikaner Rajasthan. This uniform test guarantees that the successful learners are chosen on the basis of their abilities and preparedness for the teachers’ training. The PTET dates should be watched by the students willing to take the exam, generally the dates are declared in the first two months of the year while the examination is conducted in May. To ensure quality delivery of its programmes, college is staffed with 16 highly qualified faculty members who address students’ concerns at different stages of their education.

Communication technology involves the use of a computer laboratory with approximately ten desktops and multimedia for student preparation toward integrating technology in learning. It also has sub disciplining laboratories for each subject in order to facilitate practical lessons in the college.
