The Moga College of Education for Girls Moga was started in the year 2004 and is one of the pioneer women’s college in Punjab. This affiliated college is situated in Ghal Kalan, Moga where this institution has made its place in teacher education. It has recognizes by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and also is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which means that it provides the high quality of education. The college thus has a total intake capacity of 235 students and has a total faculty of 21 members which ensures minimal distractions to the intending educators. The institution provides three full-time courses: B.Ed, M.Ed and D.El.Ed On the following domains of teacher training, where ever needed.

The college has a very many facilities that has been put in place for the improvement of the college learning facilities for the students. Also, the college has a D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) course with intake of fifty. These programmes are educational programs which prepare students for a successful career in the teaching profession. The total enrolment figure is equal to the intake capacity of 235 students proving that the college is popular, and all resources are properly utilized.
