Mother Teresa College of Education Mettusalai Tamilnadu, india was founded in the year of 2005 it is a well-known organization and focused on teacher education. This co-educational college is situated in Illuppur, Pudukkottai District and offered a specialised course in education. There are basically two main courses given by Mother Teresa College of Education in the specialty of education. The B.Ed course is two year full time programme and is approved for 100 students intake. For the post graduate students, the college offer master of education (M.ED) programme as a two-year full time course with an approved strength of fifty students. These programmes are intended to develop students who are professional and competent in teaching and educational leadership. Its current population consists of 331 students, it has a faculty of 17 professional educators thus making possible for each student to get the necessary attention from the teachers and trainers.
