At present there is only one independent deemed University known as Mother Teresa College of Nursing, Washim founded in year 2011 situated at Swaraj Colony Civil Lines, District Washim, State Maharashtra India. It is co-educational institution schooling in nursing education and is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The college is nestled within a small, 1.2 acre piece of land, thus creating a well concentrated atmosphere for the students. 89 students, 10 teachers The institute has good student-teacher ratio laying emphasis on individual attention to the students pursuing the course of nursing.
