Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management, Lucknow: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

MLRSM, or Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management, was established in the year 1998. This is an affiliated Lucknow-based college in Uttar Pradesh, situated on a compact 0.69-acre campus in the UPSIDC Industrial Area. It is basically a management education college. Various programs include Post Graduate Diploma in Managements and B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The current enrolment is 32 students with a faculty strength of 6, so an environment rich in focused learning is afforded.

 Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management has a number of facilities to support student life and their academic pursuits. There are separate hostels for boys and girls that provide adequate and comfortable accommodation for students coming from other towns. A health center with first aid facilities caters to urgent medical needs. The library acts as a knowledge centre, provides all the necessary resources that would aid in academic research and study. The IT infrastructure promotes modern learning methods, and the cafeteria offers students a chance to unwind and socialise. There also exists an auditorium which hosts various events and seminars. This adds to the educational experience. The institute has also provided guest rooms for visiting faculty and members of each student's family.

It offers a total of 6 courses, all full-time. The flagship ones include various specialisations in PGDM programs and B.Sc. The total approved intake for the PGDM programs is 240 with the PGDM in Hospitality Management having the highest intake of 120.

Admission at MLRSM depends on the respective program one is applying to. For its PGDM courses, the institute accepts many national-level entrance test scores, such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA. This is only for having a heterogeneous batch of qualified students. For the BSc. The Hospitality and Hotel Administration program is based on admissions through the NCHM JEE.
