About MSME Technology Centre, Durg
MSME Technology Centre, Durg was established in the year of 1973 with a vision to provide quality technical education to the students. The centre was established with the efforts of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to promote technological upgradation and skill development in the MSME sector. The MSME Technology Centre, Durg believes in practical knowledge and hence 80% of the knowledge is provided through practical classes and 20% of the knowledge through theory.
The centre is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The faculty and the training staff are highly educated and provide good industrial exposure to the students. The MSME Technology Centre, Durg provides courses in the Diploma in Tool and Die Making (DTDM) and the Diploma in Mechatronics (DIM). The centre also provides job placements to its students. Several placement drives, industrial training programmes, seminars, workshops and guest lectures are organised from time to time.
